Job Title: Site Supervisor - Solar Installation
Location: Silvassa / Daman
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day solar installation activities at project sites. The candidate will ensure timely execution, quality control, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily solar installation work at project sites
Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors
Ensure projects are completed within deadlines
Monitor installation quality as per technical standards
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues
Maintain project reports and documentation
Ensure safety guidelines and company policies are followed
Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Provide regular updates to senior management
Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma / ITI / Graduate
1–3 years of experience in site supervision (solar preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Willing to relocate to Silvassa / Daman
