• System analysis and development: 

  Design, develop, and maintain information systems to streamline operations. Troubleshoot and assess existing computer systems and implement improvements. 

• Data analysis and insights: 

  Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions. 

• Collaboration and support: 

  Work with different departments to understand their data requirements and provide tailored solutions. Train staff on how to use data management tools effectively. 

• Data management and reporting: 

  Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as dashboards, for management and other departments.
